Beginning 30 days out
We can schedule up to 4 hours of Meetings (in person, by phone or Zoom) to plan and review your Wedding Day plans. We will have our first Planning Meeting about 30 days out, and then a Final Detailing Meeting about 7 to 14 days out.
We can have up to 3 Venue Walkthroughs, with or without your vendors there.
I will continually review your Wedding Day plans as they evolve, and will highlight any potential problems I see and propose solutions.
I will communicate with your vendors, beginning 30 days out through the day of your Wedding, confirming that all the arrangements you made with them are correct and on track. I strongly recommend you go with Local Vendors!
Together we will craft a detailed Wedding Day Timeline for your Ceremony and Reception.
Together we will also craft a Script to give to your DJ, so he or she will know when to make the scheduled announcements.
I will work with you and your vendors to design the layout you want at the venue.
I will connect with your “lead volunteer” regarding the decorating of the venue, and on removing those decorations and gathering your gifts and other personal items at the end of the evening.
I will help to direct your Rehearsal to make sure everything goes off as planned.
I will help you develop a table assignment plan for your Reception, if requested.
I will be available for unlimited email and phone call support, beginning 30 days out.
day of wedding
I will arrive early and be there to provide your vendors and volunteers any guidance they might need and will also supervise the setup and decorations.
I will manage your Timeline to make certain your Ceremony and Reception come off as you planned.
I will make certain that DJ is well acquainted with your Timeline so they can guide the festivities as you laid out.
I will assist with any vendor or guest requests or issues.
I will help out as otherwise needed!

$1,250 Due at Contract Signing
